A flaming arc of whisky poured between two mugs

Instructions
- Add the sugar to a metal mug, pour in the boiling water, and stir to dissolve.
- Gently warm the whisky, add it to the mug, and carefully set it alight.
- Pour the flaming liquid back and forth between two metal mugs in a long stream until the flame dies down.
- Pour into the glass and express a lemon twist over it.
About 17.4 cl at 14%, equivalent to 6 cl of 40% spirit
