Naren Young

Australian bartender and writer, creative director of Dante in New York. He reopened the century-old Greenwich Village cafe in 2015 around Italian aperitivo drinking, and took it to first place on the World's 50 Best Bars list in 2019. His Garibaldi - the orange juice run through a high-speed juicer until it stands up in a foam - is the drink the bar is known for, and put a forgotten cafe order back on menus everywhere.
