Sam Ross
An Australian bartender who came up behind the bar at Milk & Honey in New York in the early 2000s, and who later opened Attaboy in the same room.
He is here for the Penicillin, built at Milk & Honey around 2005: a blended scotch sour with honey and ginger, floated with a peated Islay whisky so the smoke reaches you before the first sip does.
