Tony Mason

Ran a restaurant and lounge in Huntsville, Alabama, and in 1980 mixed and named the Lynchburg Lemonade. He sued Jack Daniel's in 1987 for promoting it as their own, won the first trial, was awarded nothing, and lost the retrial.
