- Stir

- Rocks glass

Instructions
- Rinse a chilled rocks glass with the absinthe, then discard the excess.
- Muddle the sugar with the Peychaud's bitters in a mixing glass.
- Add the rye and ice and stir for ~15 seconds, until well chilled.
- Strain into the prepared glass
- Express the oils of a lemon twist over the drink and drop it in.
About 8.6 cl at 31%, equivalent to 6.6 cl of 40% spirit
