Method

Stir

Serve in

Rocks glass

Ice

One large cube

Instructions

1. Add the sugar and bitters to a mixing glass and muddle.
2. Add the bourbon and ice.
3. Stir until well chilled.
4. Strain into a chilled rocks glass with a large ice cube.
5. Express an orange twist over the glass and drop it in.

About 9.4 cl at 27%, equivalent to 6.4 cl of 40% spirit
