Ice: No ice

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
Add ice and stir until well chilled.
Strain into a chilled coupe.
Garnish with an apple slice.

About 12.6 cl at 25%, equivalent to 7.8 cl of 40% spirit
