Bloody Maria
Ingredients
- 5clBlanco tequila
- 10clTomato juice
- 1.5clLime juice
- 2dropsHot sauce
- 3dashesWorcestershire sauce
- 1pinchCelery salt
- 1pinchBlack pepper
- Method
- Roll
- Garnish
- Celery stalk, Lime wheel
- Serve in
- Highball glass
- Ice
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Add every ingredient to a shaker.
- Roll the mix between the shaker and the glass a few times rather than shaking it - shaking dulls tomato juice.
- Garnish with a celery stalk and a lime wheel.
About 23.5 cl at 9%, equivalent to 5 cl of 40% spirit
