- 12clGinger ale
- 2dashesAngostura bitters

- Lemon spiral
- Serve in
- Highball glass
- Ice
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Cut the rind of a whole lemon in one long spiral and hang it in the glass.
- Fill with ice, then add everything except the ginger ale.
- Top with ginger ale and stir gently.
About 19.4 cl at 9%, equivalent to 4.2 cl of 40% spirit
