Build
Combined in the glass it is served from, usually over ice, with no separate mixing vessel. The simplest method and the gentlest, so it is the one that keeps carbonation alive - which is why highballs, spritzes and most long drinks are built. A gentle stir to bring it together at the end does not make it a stirred drink.
