Instructions

1. Fill a rocks glass with ice, add everything except the cream and stir.
2. Pour the cream gently over the back of a spoon.
3. Stir barely once - it should stay layered, not blended.

About 12 cl at 21%, equivalent to 6.3 cl of 40% spirit
