Queen's Park Swizzle

Ingredients
- 5clAged Demerara rum
- 3clLime juice
- 2clSimple syrup
- 4dashesAngostura bitters
- 10leavesMint
- Method
- Swizzle
- Garnish
- Mint sprig
- Serve in
- Highball glass
- Ice
- Crushed ice
Instructions
- Muddle the mint with the lime juice and syrup in a highball glass.
- Add the rum and fill with crushed ice.
- Swizzle with a swizzle stick or bar spoon until the glass frosts.
- Top with more crushed ice and dash the Angostura over the top.
- Garnish with a mint sprig.
About 15.5 cl at 14%, equivalent to 5.4 cl of 40% spirit
