- 2.5clBrandy
- 0.5clAbsinthe
- 1cubeSugar
- 3dashesPeychaud's bitters

- Stir

- Rocks glass
- Ice

Instructions
- Rinse a chilled rocks glass with the absinthe, then discard the excess.
- Muddle the sugar with the Peychaud's bitters in a mixing glass.
- Add the rye, the brandy and ice and stir for ~15 seconds, until well chilled.
- Strain into the prepared glass
- Express the oils of a lemon twist over the drink and drop it in.
About 8.6 cl at 29%, equivalent to 6.3 cl of 40% spirit
