Reposado tequila

Tequila rested in oak for two months to a year, which softens the agave's edges and lends a little colour and vanilla. It sits between blanco and añejo and stands in for either when a drink wants some roundness without losing the agave. The Rosita and the Oaxaca Old Fashioned call for it by name.
