Instructions

1. Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry-shake (no ice).
2. Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
4. Garnish with a lemon twist, a brandied cherry and a few drops of bitters on the foam

About 18.4 cl at 8%, equivalent to 3.8 cl of 40% spirit
