Ingredients
- 2.3clScotch whisky
Use a blended scotch, or any that is not smoky - smoke covers the cherry and orange rather than balancing them.
- 2.3clSweet vermouth
- 2.3clCherry Heering
- 2.3clOrange juice
- Method
- Shake
- Garnish
- Orange twist
- Serve in
- Coupe
- Ice
- No ice
Instructions
- Shake all four equal parts hard with ice.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Express an orange twist over the top and put it on the rim.
About 13.5 cl at 13%, equivalent to 4.4 cl of 40% spirit
