Campari Sour

Ingredients

Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake hard without ice until the egg white foams.
Add ice and shake again until cold.
Fine-strain into a chilled coupe and let the foam settle.
Garnish with a cherry.

About 15 cl at 7%, equivalent to 2.5 cl of 40% spirit
