A Martini made savory with a splash of olive brine

Martini glass

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
  2. Add ice and stir until well chilled.
  3. Taste as you go - how dirty it gets is the whole decision.
  4. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with olives on a pick.

About 9.8 cl at 22%, equivalent to 5.5 cl of 40% spirit
