Ingredients
- 2.5clLondon dry gin
A juniper-forward London dry. The botanicals are what stand up to the Cointreau and the Cocchi.
- 2.5clCocchi Americano
Standing in for Kina Lillet, which the 1930 recipe asked for and which has not been made since 1985.
- 2.5clTriple sec
- 2.5clLemon juice
- 1dashAbsinthe
Instructions
- Shake every ingredient, absinthe included, with ice until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
- Serve without a garnish.
