- 1.5clCherry Heering
- 1clBénédictine
- 1clTriple sec
- 12clPineapple juice
- 1.5clLime juice
- 1clGrenadine
- 1dashAngostura bitters
- Method
- Shake
- Garnish
- Pineapple wedge, Cherry
- Serve in
- Hurricane glass
- Ice
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a shaker.
- Add ice and shake hard until well chilled.
- Strain into a hurricane glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cherry.
