Ingredients
- 2.5clLondon dry gin
A juniper-forward London dry. The botanicals are what stand up to the Cointreau and the Lillet.
- 2.5clLillet Blanc

- 2.5clTriple sec
- 2.5clLemon juice
- 0.25clAbsinthe

Instructions
- Rinse a chilled coupe with the absinthe, then discard the excess.
- Shake the remaining ingredients with ice until well chilled.
- Strain into the coupe.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
